 J3 at the beach a couple of days ago. Last time we were out there, we noticed the grills near the picnic tables. Ah ha! So this time we brought food to cook and fired up the grill for a little beach-side cookout before hitting the waves. Very cool. Speaking of grills, as you may be able to see, J3 is sporting her new braces. She has been a trooper putting up with all the orthodontist visits and teeth pulling and pain. Tough girl. J1 and I each went through the braces thing when we were kids so we had an idea this was coming for the girls too. Sorry girls. It's in the genes. Just one of the many bad traits you've inherited from your mom and dad but I won't go into the others here. To list my flaws would take waaay too long and to list your mother's flaws right out here on the interweb would make me an idiot. -Just started reading 'The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier & Clay' by Michael Chabon. Good so far. -Watching Frontline: News War. I Netflixed the first disc but now that I know I can watch it online, I'll take the next one out of queue.
