 WANTED: The authorities need your help apprehending this dangerous criminal. James G. Heron, (a.k.a. Jimmy the Neck; a.k.a. The Birdman of Alcaniz; a.k.a. Larry) is wanted for masterminding numerous bird brained schemes, fronting several shady, fly by night organizations and fishing without a license. His most recent offense involves allegations he used his political office to feather his own nest, although he claims it's a vast panhandle media conspiracy. He was last spotted near Palafox Pier in downtown Pensacola. Apparently aware that the police would be watching the skies, he chooses an unusual escape route. He arrives at his boat and casually checks out the area. Always cool and collected, he even takes the time to apply sunscreen to those hard to reach places before hoisting the sail and heading out to sea. If you spot James, call the authorities immediately. He is unarmed but can still put your eye out, so approach with caution.
