![]() A lifeguard stand on the beach under the moon. I've been telling the story of this night's shoot at work for the past two days but it's a little much to go into here. I'll just say that while I was trying to find one of the five or six stands on the beach to shoot, I interrupted young couples coupling in them, not once, but twice. (It was much darker than it appears here.) I guess when you're walking hand in hand under a full moon on a warm summer night, tasting the salty air, listening to the waves crash and perhaps partaking of a wee bit of tequila...well...the phrase 'any port in a storm' comes to mind. This stand was empty at the time. While I was standing there waiting on the exposure, I started wishing I'd brought Julie to the beach with me instead of this stupid camera. 30s - f/5.6 - ISO100 - 17mm(27mm eq) - RAW Posted by blbutler on June 1st, 2007 Archived under: Night / Long Exposure, Color, Wordplay |
