Yesterday afternoon on the Gulf Breeze side of Pensacola Bay looking back toward Pensacola. Several days in the past couple of weeks we've had scattered afternoon thunderstorms. I would step outside at work and the sky would be doing an amazing dance. I would get excited thinking about where I was going to shoot in the evening after I got off. But every day, by the time I got home the dance was over. Yesterday, in the middle of the day, it happened again. But this time, instead of waiting I took off for a 'lunch break' and went down to the water for a little while. The rain clouds were in front of me and behind me but there was bright sunshine in Gulf Breeze. Very cool. I got back to work a little sweaty and a bit hungry but it was worth it.
