 Looking out over the sound from a pier on Quietwater Beach. Right at a 2 minute exposure. I was shooting the other direction and I turned around and saw this. (or as much as I could see in the near dark) I knew right away I was going to like this shot. 120s - f/4 - ISO100 - 17mm(27mm eq) - RAW O.K. Crazy work week over. Let the crazy weekend begin. I've entered some images in the Power of Photography show again this year. This year it's open during Gallery Night and it's a juried show so only the top 300 photos will be on display. We'll see how it goes. If you want to check it out, it's at The Wright Place in downtown Pensacola. Friday 10a-9p, Saturday 10a-6p, and Sunday Noon-4p. It's also Blue Angels weekend at the beach. I may get to shoot both the Friday and Saturday show if things go according to plan and the weather holds out. I haven't yet figured out how to shoot the Blues in a unique way so maybe I can experiment this weekend. We'll also have friends visiting from out of town and the usual weekend catch up work, so I'm not sure how much blogging I'll be doing. This image may be up for a couple of days.
