The lights are back on at the pier and it's now open 24 hours a day. New lighting conditions and new hours for one of my favorite subjects. Cool. (Sorry Frank) Tonight the clouds were moving, the moon was out and the surf was way up so I got some pretty cool stuff with exposures between 1 and 3 minutes.
